Cactus Rose Boutique, LLC offers store credit ONLY. Exchanges must be returned back to us within 7 days upon delivery to you. That means it has to be back in our hands within the 7 day period. NO EXCEPTIONS. When we receive your return AND process it (which can take up to a week), an email will be sent to the email that was used to order with your credit amount. Items with ANY odors (perfume,deodorant marks, lotion, cigarette smoke ect...) will not be accepted. Any returns sent back with pet hair, odors, damaged, no tags or original packaging or worn will not be accepted. If you return an item that is described above, you will be sent an email, accompanied by an invoice for a shipping charge for your item to be sent back to you. Items that are returned in such condition will be kept for 30 days and if you have not paid the invoice for shipping in the 30 day period, your item will be donated to charity. If a return is accepted and you receive an email with your credit amount, when you would like to use that credit, apply credit code at checkout and proceed with order as usual. Credit will automatically be applied!
