Hey Friend! Here's some things to keep in mind when placing an order from Cactus Rose Boutique!
We ship direct to you from our warehouse located in Arizona, USA! Please insure your package is safe from theft/damage along the way by adding ROUTE Shipping protection to your order! This can be done so at checkout and starts at .99 USD!
International Orders are shipped at buyers expense beginning at $15, if cost of shipping is more, buyer will be invoiced to cover the remainder.
All tracking and communication between the postal system is up to you the buyer and you understand we have NO say in your postal services.
PARCEL/ IMPORT/ DUTIES & TAXES
You are responsible for PARCEL TAX / IMPORT DUTIES! This will be in addition to the cost of shipping so PLEASE expect an invoice from UPS/USPS/FedEx if fees are due! These typically come in the form of an email/postage due when your provider attempts a delivery!
Should you decline to pay fees due, your order will be returned to us. We will attempt to have it reshipped to you and re-invoiced at your expense. We will NOT refund your oder should you deny these payments!
Check and double check your address. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers responsibility to track down package.
LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages! Contact your postal service, Cactus Rose Boutique is NOT responsible and it is up to you to track it down. We encourage shipment insurance for this reason which is offered to you by Route Shipping Insurance at checkout!
Cactus Rose is NOT responsible for damages! If there is a product defect, you have 2 days upon receipt (marked delivered) to report to us via email or defect becomes considered wear and tear. If there are damages to your package along the way (hats dented, holes, etc.) please report your damage immediately to the postal provider or ROUTE shipping insurance ASAP with photos! With Route shipping insurance you have 30 days (marked delivered) to report any and all damages!
RETURNS & EXCHANGESPlease keep in mind that ALL International Orders are considered FINAL SALE and will not be approved for return or exchange. Our portal provider does not currently offer this option and we are working hard to offer this option in the future!
