REFUNDS:

 IMPORTANT:  Once an item has been "purchased" no refund will be issued, Cactus Rose Boutique, LLC offers store credit ONLY, even if the item{item's) have not yet been shipped.
SEZZLE & ShopPay- No refunds will be offered and no payments can/will be cancelled for any purchase through Sezzle or ShopPay. We only offer Store Credit on approved exchanges/returns. Once you process your order through Sezzle you agree to these terms and conditions. NO CANCELLATIONS, period. 
 

DISCOUNTS: 

Discount codes sent from our automated email/ text messages are permitted a ONE TIME USE for FUTURE Purchase. We do NOT refund or offer credit if discounts are asked to be used AFTER a purchase is made- this includes in store and online purchases. You may only apply a discount code prior to checkout and your transaction processing. Once your transaction is processed, we are unable to process the discount to the past transaction. Your code however will be valid for a FUTURE purchase. 

PROCESSING TIME/ POSTAL INFO :

- Processing time is between 5-7 Business days for your item(s) to be shipped (regardless of shipping option selected).
*We are happy to accommodate special occasions so long as we are notified (via call, text, or email) as soon as your order is placed.*
-We ship orders through USPS, UPS and FedEX depending on the best rate available. You the buyer are responsible for indicating your preference at checkout. 
-Cost of shipping starts at $6, we do offer free shipping for orders $100 plus pre tax for Domestic (United States) orders ONLY! FOR BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND there will be no free shipping offer! 
Expedited Shipping (2 Day Air/ Overnight or Express 
Shipping selected is an estimate, should your shipping have additional funds required we will invoice you via email. We will Always notify you via text/call/email if there is a balance due and to give you options!  
-Shoes may be shipped with out their boxes, please leave a note on your order if a preference to have them shipped in original box!
-As soon as your items are in possession of USPS/ UPS/ FedEx, shipping time is in their hands. Contact your local post office with any questions!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

-Returns/exchanges must be returned back to us within 10 days upon delivery to you (marked delivered) AND must be submitted on our online portal!
-Start a return at our portal HERE.
- Your return will only be accepted with tags on, non washed nor worn, no animal hair, and MUST BE in the condition it was received. If we receive your return & your item has been washed or worn it will not be accepted & returned at buyers cost.
-RESTOCKING FEE / Return Label Cost: Returned items are docked a store credit of $6-$8 to cover initial shipping/supplies/restock fee (per item)($10-$15 big items or priority packages).
Once Received please allow 5-7 business days for store credit to be issued via email. 
Returns AFTER 10 Days: Items will not be accepted after the 10 days. In the case that a return is accepted we do require communication and approval via email (returns@cactusroseboutique.com) there will also be an additional restock fee of 15%-25% on top of the initial restock/shipping fee.
-EXCHANGE FOR SIZE: Please note that our inventory goes fast, and items may not be  in stock for exchange if you want a different size. To ensure your size accommodation please purchase that size/item as there will be NO HOLDS.

HOLIDAY RETURN DEADLINE

-We will extend or return policy for all Regular priced items. All items purchased between December 1st-24th will receive an extension. Returns must be back in store by January 15th, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We DO NOT guarantee delivery by Christmas
- All Christmas orders need to be shipped by December 19th this is the USPS deadline.  We are not responsible for ship time once USPS takes possession of your oder.

META ORDERS: 

Any/all orders placed on Meta Platforms (Instagram and/ or Facebook)
Processing Time: All orders placed on the Meta platform once authorized and cleared by your payment provider will be processed and shipped within
3 Business Days. 
All communication (authorization, payment capture, shipping information, delivery, etc.) will be provided to you through the Meta Platform. Should you need an additional copy of an invoice or tracking please email us at howdy@cactusroseboutique.com
Valid tracking will be provided to you within 3 business days!
If we are unable to fulfill an order within 3 business days from the date of the purchase, that order will be automatically canceled by Meta.

CREDIT REDEMPTION/ MORE DETAILS:

How Long Will It Take For My Return/Exchange To Get Processed?
We do ask 4-6 business days once marked delivered to our box for returns/exchanges to be processed. We typically process all returns on Wednesdays/Thursdays of each week!
How Do I Redeem My Store/Account Credit: 
We issue all exchange/return credit direct to your customer account. In order to redeem you must log in/ create an account using the same email address the initial purchase was ordered through. If your credit has been accepted & processed (typically 10 days from you dropping off at the post office)  it will show up as soon as you log in to be redeemed.

RESHIPMENT/ RETURN TO SENDER: 

 Reshipment and return to sender shipping fees are up to you the buyer. Please insure to check and double check you shipping address on your order confirmation page/ email! If by chance your order is returned to sender, you will be invoiced for the cost of a reshipment label, there you can update your correct shipping address. 

 

 

 NEED TO KNOWS

-Cactus Rose Boutique, LLC has the right to refuse service and orders.
-PAPERLESS: We do not supply receipt with orders, no invoice nor packing slip will be supplied in your package. Your receipt is you conformation email.
-We do NOT price match. 
- You the buyer are responsible for ordering the correct amount of items as well as  size. 
Please refer to our size chart for ANY and ALL sizing concerns, note: our graphic tee's are 95% unisex sizing unless otherwise specified.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

must be reported to howdy@cactusroseboutique.com with photos and claimed defective/incorrect within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered) or defect/incorrect item becomes considered wear & tear and wrong item delivered becomes yours to keep. 

GARMENT CARE

-Please read washing instructions upon receiving, Cactus Rose is not responsible if an item is washed and shrinks, loses sequin, piling, etc. that has instructions to was by hand or any other specific care instructions. Please refer to the care tag on the inside of all garments. 
-Clothing color may have a slight different color then pictured due to lighting

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders are shipped at buyers expense beginning at $15, if cost of shipping is more, buyer will be invoiced to cover the remainder. International orders are FINAL SALE, no cancellations or refunds. Lost or stollen packages? Contact your postal service, Cactus Rose Boutique is NOT responsible and it is up to you to track it down. Please feel free to reach out for assistance. 
*Check and double check your address. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers responsibility to track down package.
You are responsible for PARCEL TAX / IMPORT DUTIES! This will be in addition to the cost of shipping so PLEASE expect an invoice from UPS/USPS if fees are due! These typically come in the form of an email/postage due when your provider attempts a delivery! 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Cactus Rose Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered"  and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the post office as well as ROUTE or Shippo Insurance (see below) If live in apartment building, check with management office. Check with your neighbor if you have not received. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible.  For other issues contact local post office. 
Route Shipping Insurance: We encourage and offer Route Insurance to insure ALL of our packages, including First Class Orders. Priority Mail has a base insurance of up to $100 with USPS, additional insurance is provided on ALL orders through Route if selected and purchased at checkout. If needing to file a claim, please email howdy@shopcactusroseboutique.com for help and further instruction.

MODIFICATION TO PRICES & ERRORS

-Prices of our products are subject to change, prices may change without any notification.
-At times we do have errors on descriptions, prices, & promotions. We have the right to cancel orders and/or change errors.

GIVEAWAYS

-Winners are required to be following @shopcactusrose on ALL social media platforms unless otherwise stated. 
-Winners must be in contact with Cactus Rose Boutique, LLC with in 72 hours of being announced or the winning is considered voided.
-Giveaway earnings must be used in one single transaction, multiple transactions may result in void of winnings.
- Giveaway winnings may not be combined with other discounts/promos
Winners are responsible for 100% of shipping costs and will be invoiced. IF invoice goes unpaid within 24 hours, winnings are considered voided.
